Feedback #1- Do not take things personally. -I wanted to change to a different person because of my feedback I got back from my supervisor and my feedback I got back from my midterm for 2nd placement. Also, I do agree that I need to change and address my weaknesses. When I was talking to my supervisor on November 19th, 2018 which was my 13th day of placement about resetting my button to make changes, one teacher was in the office when I was talking to my supervisor. The teacher suggested to not take things personally. I thought that tip is a good tip to consider. I still wanted to improve on some skills but I understand the teacher's suggestion. He suggested that same tip on Wednesday, November 21st, 2018 which was my 14th day at my 2nd placement in front of my college supervisor/professor. This feedback helped when one of the EAs tells me to stay away from a student because of the student's responsive behaviors such as being prepared for being hit by the student or about to throw objects. At first, I thought that maybe I did something wrong but then I realized that the EAs want me to be safe from these situations. It is not what I am doing. This feedback of not taking things personally has helped me because sometimes situations are not my fault. It could be something else that is happening such as possible responsive behavior(s). I really like this feedback. I have acknowledged to the teacher that has suggested this feedback by nodding my head and I said yes about that feedback.

Feedback #2- Make sure that anyone's (the student's) hand(s) is not underneath the seatbelt. -On November 21st, 2018, which was the 14th day of my 2nd placement, I was supporting another ES student that is in the same program as me placing a student onto a bus. There was also an EA making sure that everything was ok with the two of us. We had to put the student's seatbelts on because the EA watching us wants us to put the two seatbelts on that student. When we finished putting the seatbelts onto the student, the student's hand was underneath the seatbelts. The EA gave me feedback to get the hand out from being under the seatbelts. I said Ok to the EA with my happy face and got the hand out and placing the student's hand off of the seatbelts so that the ES student and I can put on the student's two seatbelts properly. I learned that the student's hand(s) should never be underneath a seatbelt/ seatbelts. Now I am continuing to make sure that anyone hand's/hands' is not underneath a seatbelt/seatbelts.
